EZ-BUILD SYSTEMS is one of the largest providers in North America of affordable, easy to assemble home and commercial building packages using both wood (structural
insulated panels or “SIPs” for short) and non-wood (tubular steel panels) components. Our company covers all areas of building, from affordable, to economical, to custom homes, as well as commercial building structures. What’s unique about us is that we are not limited in the scope of products, services and designs that we supply and we will turn-key the entire outer shell of any residential or light commercial building, including design (architecturals) and engineering (structurals).

The EZ-BUILD DEALERSHIP PROGRAM was created to help EZ-BUILD SYSTEMS, INC, market its various building products through competent local individuals or companies to the local contractors and builders or direct to the retail market. There are certain conditions and restrictions associated with the assigned territories as outlined in the dealership agreement. This is NOT a franchise nor is it implied in any form. The Dealers are companies on to themselves and are authorized to use the corporate trademarked logo when acting on behalf of EZ-BUILD SYSTEMS to market its building products. Dealers are encouraged to also supply other products or services where possible to complete the package and maximize their profits.
The Territory is an exclusive area assigned to a Dealer for the purpose of advertising, meaning that a Dealer may sell anywhere, with certain conditions, using their contact base but can only advertise in their exclusive territory. If there is no dealer in a certain area, any dealer can advertise and market there realizing that anyone can buy that territory at any time.
The Dealer is expected to be the local eyes and ears for Corporate. They should be prepared to source out local contractors and builders or retail customers, if this is their market, and educate them on our systems with the expectation to make a sale. The Dealer should look at getting plans to have Corporate cost out and help determine how to best present the package. The objective by both the Dealer and Corporate is to get that first home up, so that the Dealer can “show it off” to perspective customers or builders which makes selling a lot simpler and more effective.
The startup period is between one and three months depending on the Dealer’s background and level of activity in their territory. The ideal situation is to sell a residential home system and then have other builders and contractors in the area view the construction process. This approach answers all of their questions before they’re asked and eliminates most of their concerns before they happen. Based on this concept, Corporate will give special pricing to the Dealer on their first project in order to open up a new area.
The uniqueness about our dealership agreement is that we encourage involvement with the sale of other products and additional streams of income. The dealer has the advantage of selling the home shell kit and then can add upgrades which are available through EZ-Build Systems or locally depending on the dealer’s marketing position. For example, through EZ-Build Systems, the dealer can sell:
- The home/commercial shell kit.
- Architectural services
- Engineering services
- Financing arrangements
Based on the dealer’s marketing position, they may add:
Exterior window & door packages, HVAC, plumbing, exterior finishes, interior framing, or everything necessary to turn-key the entire home. A local dealer also provides the added benefit of face-to-face contact and knowledge about specific local building requirements.
Wherever possible, we at EZ-Build Systems will work with the dealer to help in any of the above areas to facilitate a sale.
Corporate treats each Dealer as an individual and recognizes that there are different variables in each territory. Our objective is the same as the local dealer’s objective: to sell building systems. To that end, Corporate and the Dealer will work together at creating marketing strategies, advertising, etc. so that our objectives become a reality.
